How do I Know What Trainer is for Me? Am I "Level 1" or "Level 2" ?
We have taken the liberty of dividing our trainers into Two Groups. Level 1, and Level 2. Here are the differences between both.
Level 1
- Between Sizes Small (S) and Six-Ex (6X)
- Accommodates Weights Between 115 lbs. and 310 lbs.
- Better For Beginners but Durable Enough for the Pro's.
- Mild Moderate Compression (Scale 7)
Level 2
- Between Sizes Small (S) and Three-Ex (3X)
- Accommodates Weights Between 130 lbs. and 250 lbs.
- Better For Pro's and People looking for more definition.
- High Moderate Compression (Scale 8-10)
LATEX Allergies:
*Please note, all of our trainers are either lined in or coated with a heavy duty latex material. Some of the trainers have additional materials like neoprene and cotton added for additional comfort and lining, however, if you have any allergy to latex, we do not recommend you try and use our waist trainers because they all incorporate the latex technology for effectiveness and efficiency.

Feeling a little overwhelmed, worried you have the wrong size. Don't worry, we have a few tips and steps that will help you get your trainer on. Rest assured, as long as you followed our Sizing Guide, then you have the right size.
Follow these steps below:
